What can I upload as proof?
A clear photo or file showing the finished task.
Why was my proof rejected?
The upload did not clearly show that the task was finished. Try a clearer photo or file.
How does Done check my proof?
It compares your upload with the task and your description of what finished looks like.
Does my work have to be perfect to be accepted?
No. It only needs to show that the task you described is finished.
What happens after my proof is accepted?
Your selected apps unlock and the task appears in Progress.
Screen Time & Blocking
Which apps does Done block?
Done can block almost all apps. You choose which ones, and we recommend selecting All Apps.
Why are my selected apps not being blocked?
Allow Screen Time access, check your selected apps, then start a new focus lock.
Can I change which apps are blocked?
Yes. Open Profile, then Screen Time & blocked apps.
Why does Done need Screen Time access?
To block the apps you select during a focus lock.
Can Done see my Screen Time activity?
No.
Subscriptions & Billing
I paid, but Done still asks me to subscribe. What should I do?
Open Billing and tap Restore purchases using the Apple ID that made the purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?
Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, Done: Focus Lock, and Cancel Subscription.
How do I request a refund?
Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com.
When does my free trial renew?
On the renewal date shown in Apple subscription settings.
Does deleting Done or my account cancel the subscription?
No. Cancel it separately in Apple subscription settings.
Accounts & Sign-in
I did not receive my verification code. What should I do?
Check Spam or Junk, confirm the address is correct, then resend the code.
How do I reset my password?
Tap Reset your password on the email sign-in screen and follow the email link.
Can I connect Apple or Google to my account?
Yes. Open Profile, Security & sign-in, then Connected providers.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile, Account actions, then Delete account.
Tasks, Progress & Widgets
Will my focus lock continue if I close Done?
Yes. Reopen Done to return to the active task.
Where can I find completed tasks?
Open Progress and select a completed date.
How do I export my Done data?
Open Profile, Data & privacy, then View saved data.
How do I add the Done widget?
Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Add, search for Done, then tap Add Widget.
Why is the widget not showing my active task?
Open Done. If it still does not update, remove and add the widget again.
Notifications & Troubleshooting
How do I change Done notifications?
Open Profile, then Notifications.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Turn on Allow Notifications for Done in iOS Settings.
My proof upload is stuck. What should I do?
Check your connection and upload the photo or file again.
Done is not opening or keeps closing. What should I do?
Force close Done, reopen it, and install the latest version.
